We connect telephony to Bitrix24: every call lands in the CRM

We do not sell numbers and we do not replace your operator — we connect it to Bitrix24. Call recording, the client card on an incoming call, one-click dialling and reports by manager.

Calculate Cost

How do you connect telephony to Bitrix24 in Kazakhstan?

There are three workable options. The first is to rent a number directly in Bitrix24: in Kazakhstan this is only possible with the operator Eurasian Telecom, as stated in the Bitrix24 documentation. The second is the SIP connector: it fits if your operator provides a server address, login and password; all telephony features are available, including talking straight from the browser, but a paid connector licence is required. The third is a ready-made operator app from the Bitrix24 Market: Kaztehnosvyaz and Kcell have these, but in this mode you cannot talk in the browser or in the mobile app. If the operator provides an IP-based trunk without a login and password, an intermediate Asterisk is needed.

Data on operators and connection methods was verified against operators' official websites and the Bitrix24 documentation in September 2026.

What the Telephony and Bitrix24 Bundle Can Do

A complete sales toolkit: from call recording to per-agent reporting.

Virtual PBX

One company number, employee extensions, call forwarding, and ring groups. Works in the office, remotely, and on mobile devices.

Call Recording and Storage

Every conversation is recorded and stored. Listen to calls right inside the deal card, monitor quality, and review disputed situations.

Client Card on Calls

On an incoming call, the client card pops up instantly: who is calling, which deal, and contact history. Agents respond by name and in context.

One-Click Dialing

Dial straight from the CRM by clicking a number. No need to switch to a phone and dial manually — the call and its recording land in the deal immediately.

Voice Menu (IVR) and Routing

Greeting, department selection, and distribution by agent and working hours. Clients reach the right employee without manual transfers.

Missed Calls → Tasks

No missed call is ever lost: the system creates a task for the responsible agent and reminds them to call back. The callback is logged too.

Call and Agent Reports

Call volume and duration, missed-call rate, and load by employee and time of day. See who handles inquiries and how well.

Conversation Transcription

Calls converted to text for quick review, content search, and quality control without listening to the entire recording.

Call Tracking

Dynamic number substitution by ad source — see which channel drives calls. Analytics are linked to deals in Bitrix24.

From Request to Working Telephony

A transparent process: we agree on the setup, configure the PBX and the Bitrix24 integration, and train your team.

01

Audit and Setup Plan

We review how your calls flow today, how many employees you have, and what scenarios you need. Then we propose a PBX setup and provider.

02

PBX and Number Configuration

We deploy Asterisk or connect an operator, set up extensions, queues, IVR, working hours, and call forwarding.

03

Bitrix24 Integration

We link telephony to the CRM: pop-up cards, recordings in deals, one-click dialing, missed calls as tasks, and reports.

04

Testing and Training

We run through inbound and outbound scenarios, verify recording and routing, and train agents to work from the CRM.

05

Launch and Support

We go live, monitor call quality, and refine scenarios as your team grows.

Four ways to bring telephony into Bitrix24

The choice depends on exactly what your operator provides and which scenarios you need.

MethodWhat is required from the operatorLimitationsWhen to choose it
Renting a number in Bitrix24Nothing — the number is taken inside the portal itselfIn Kazakhstan available only from Eurasian TelecomYou need a new number and minimal setup
SIP connectorServer address, login and passwordA paid SIP connector licence is required; up to 10 cloud connectionsThe operator provides SIP registration and you need to talk in the browser
Operator app from the MarketInstall the app and configure it per the instructionsYou cannot talk in the browser or in mobile Bitrix24, and there is no call transcriptionThe operator already has a ready-made connector
Your own AsteriskAn IP-based trunk or an E1 streamA server and ongoing maintenance are requiredBranch offices, complex routing, analogue lines, an operator without Bitrix24 support
The same number cannot be connected via SIP and via an app at the same time — calls get duplicated.

How each operator gets along with Bitrix24

"Not declared" does not mean "does not work": this is standard SIP, which connects through the SIP connector or Asterisk.

Frequently Asked Questions About Telephony

No. We are not a telecom operator: numbers, minutes and tariffs stay with your operator. Our job is to connect it to Bitrix24 so that calls land in client cards, get recorded and are counted in reports. If you do not have an operator yet, we will help you choose one to fit your needs.
