Business IP telephony in Kazakhstan: how to choose and what it costs

No operator advertising: how IP telephony differs from a regular line, what makes up the monthly price, which Kazakhstan operators declare Bitrix24 integration and what it takes for every call to land in the CRM. We do not sell numbers — we connect your operator to the CRM.

Connection service

How much does business IP telephony cost in Kazakhstan?

The monthly price has four parts: renting a landline or mobile number from the operator, outbound minutes (inbound is free with most operators), a cloud PBX subscription per employee and — if calls must land in the CRM — a Bitrix24 SIP connector licence or the operator’s Market app. Kazakhstan operators publish tariffs differently: Kcell and Kaztehnosvyaz openly, Beeline Business and Eurasian Telecom partly, SMARTNET and Kazakhtelecom on request. Our connection work for Bitrix24 takes 4–8 hours and is fixed in the contract.

Operator tariffs change — request the current price list before choosing. The operator comparison below was verified in September 2026.

IP telephony versus a regular line

A regular number rings one phone. An IP number lives on the internet and follows the rules you set.

The number is not tied to a place

An Almaty landline number takes calls in Astana, at a manager’s home and in the mobile app. Moving office does not change the number.

Queues and routing

An inbound call goes to a free manager rather than everyone at once; a regular client reaches their own owner. Voice menu and working hours.

Recording and transcription

Every conversation is saved; with AI transcription in Bitrix24 — as text too, with an automatic summary.

Reports per manager

How many calls, how many missed, average duration, call-to-deal conversion — without manual counting.

Keeping your number

An existing landline or mobile number is usually ported to a SIP operator or connected via a trunk — clients change nothing.

Price per minute, not per line

No charges for “channels” or PBX hardware in the office: a cloud PBX scales by adding an employee.

How each operator gets along with Bitrix24

“Not declared” does not mean “does not work”: it is standard SIP that connects through the SIP connector or Asterisk.

Four ways to bring telephony into Bitrix24

The choice depends on what your operator provides and which scenarios you need.

MethodWhat you need from the operatorLimitationsWhen to choose
Renting a number in Bitrix24Nothing — the number is taken inside the portalIn Kazakhstan available only from Eurasian TelecomYou need a new number and minimal setup
SIP connectorServer address, login and passwordPaid SIP connector licence; up to 10 cloud connectionsThe operator provides SIP registration and you need in-browser calls
Operator app from the MarketInstall the app and configure per instructionsNo calls in the browser or the Bitrix24 mobile app, no transcriptionThe operator has a ready connector
Your own AsteriskIP trunk or E1 streamRequires a server and maintenanceBranches, complex routing, analogue lines, an operator without Bitrix24 support
The same number cannot be connected via SIP and via an app at the same time — calls double up.

Five questions before signing with an operator

Answering them saves a month of rework.

01

Do you need calls in the browser and mobile app?

If yes, an operator app will not do — you need the SIP connector or Asterisk.

02

Which numbers do you already have?

Landline, mobile, toll-free: check with the operator whether they can be ported or trunked so you do not change the number on business cards and ads.

03

How many employees and branches?

Up to 10 connections the SIP connector is enough; several offices and complex routing call for Asterisk.

04

Where are recordings stored?

At the operator, in Bitrix24 or on your own server — this determines retention, access and storage cost.

05

Who is responsible when “it does not ring”?

Fix the boundary of responsibility between operator and integrator in the contract — with us it is a telephony SLA.

Frequent questions about IP telephony

Phone calls over the internet instead of a phone line. The number lives in the operator’s cloud and any internet-connected device takes calls: a computer, a phone app, a desk IP phone. Hence the benefits: recording, queues, CRM integration and independence from the office.
