Who processes the data

The personal data operator is sole proprietor Aleksandr Yuryevich Zaikin (IE «IT Technology»), IIN 990720301374, the website ittechnology.kz, an official Bitrix24 partner in Kazakhstan. For any question about personal data processing write to info@ittechnology.kz — a single point for requests, withdrawal of consent and complaints.

What data we collect

You provide it yourself when filling in a form:

• name, phone, email;
• company name and the text of your request — if you provide them;
• calculator parameters, if you request a quote.

Automatically, when you use the site:

• the page the request was sent from and the traffic source (referrer, UTM tags);
• IP address and browser data — in web server logs, to protect the site from attacks;
• anonymous web analytics identifiers stored in cookies (see the cookie section).

We do not collect identity documents, national IDs, dates of birth, health data or other special categories of personal data. Please do not put them in the comment field.

Why we process it

• to answer your request, contact you and clarify the task;
• to prepare a calculation and a commercial proposal;
• to conclude and perform a contract and to correspond about the project;
• with separate consent — to send emails with CRM-related materials.

We do not sell contact databases and do not share data with advertising networks for targeting.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form (Articles 7 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”). For clients under contract, performance of that contract is also a basis.

Consent is voluntary: without it the form cannot be submitted, but you can always call or email us directly.

Who receives the data

We do not work in a vacuum, so here is everyone who also sees the data:

• Bitrix24 (bitrix24.kz cloud) — the CRM holding your requests. According to the vendor, data of Kazakhstani portals is hosted in a data centre in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — anonymous site visit statistics;
• Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation) — visit statistics and click maps;
• the email service used to send the commercial proposal to the address you provide.

Transfers to Google and Yandex are cross-border (USA and the Russian Federation). They occur when you use the site and are covered by your consent to data processing; you can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser or using these services’ official opt-out add-ons.

Data is disclosed to state authorities only upon a reasoned written request in the cases expressly provided by law.

How long we keep the data

Client requests and correspondence — for the duration of the business relationship and three years after it ends; then we delete them. Requests that did not become a project are deleted at your request at any time.

Web server logs containing IP addresses are kept for no longer than 30 days and are used only to protect the site.

Consent is valid for three years or until you withdraw it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and browser local storage:

• functional — interface language, colour theme, and the flag that you dismissed the cookie notice; without them the site does not work correctly;
• analytics — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and Yandex Metrica (_ym_uid, _ym_d and others); they show which pages are useful;
• stored UTM tags — so that a manager can see where a request came from.

Session recording (Yandex “Webvisor”) is switched off on this site.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the official opt-out add-ons: Google Analytics — tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, Yandex Metrica — yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html. With cookies fully disabled some site features will stop working.

Your rights and how to withdraw consent

• find out what data of yours we hold and receive a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion and withdraw consent;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• complain to the authorised personal data protection body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Write to info@ittechnology.kz with the subject “Personal data request” and state the email or phone you used to contact us. We reply within 10 business days and delete the data or stop processing within the same period, unless we have a legal ground to keep it.

You can unsubscribe from our emails via the link in any message — this does not affect the handling of your request.

How we protect the data

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the CRM is via named accounts of the employees involved in handling your request. Forms are protected against automated submissions. The data is never published or made publicly available.

If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorised body in the manner and within the deadlines set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy — for example if the set of services changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Material changes are reflected in that date, so it is worth checking here before sending a new request.
